What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and the business details you give us during onboarding: business name, product category, selling platforms and country. When you generate a listing we process the product photos and details you upload.
How we use it
Your photos and product details are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your content, and your onboarding answers personalize that content. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or content to train models.
Your content is yours
You own everything ListingLab generates for you. Delete a product and its photos and content are removed from our systems.
NDPR and GDPR
For Nigerian users, we handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). For users in other regions we follow GDPR principles: collect the minimum, use it only for the stated purpose, delete it on request. To exercise any data right, contact us and we will act within 30 days.
